Can I apply if I'm still an undergrad?

You can register your interest, but SAP is designed for fresh graduates. If you complete your degree before onboarding, you're eligible — final-semester students are encouraged to apply.
Can I apply if I haven't finished my internship?
+
Yes. An ongoing or incomplete internship doesn't disqualify you — what matters is up to one year of total professional experience and a results-driven mindset.
Can I apply from a different academic background?
+
Absolutely. SAP recruits from every discipline — business, engineering, humanities, sciences. We hire for potential and drive, not pedigree.
Can I apply if I live in a different city?
+
Yes. The application is fully online and roadshows travel to campuses across Bangladesh. Relocation support is discussed during the final interview stage.
What is the Tigers' Den event day like?
+
A full-day experience: opening keynote, CV clinics, mock interviews, tech demos, mentor tables, on-the-spot interviews, and a live performance to close. Each campus has its own flavor.
Do I need to bring anything?
+
Your registration QR pass, student ID, 3 printed copies of your CV, a charged phone, and a 60-second intro about yourself. Smart business-casual dress code.
How long after the event do I hear back?

On-the-spot offers are made at the event for standout candidates. Others hear back within 2–3 weeks via email.
Is there any cost to participate?
+
Zero. Registration, food, sessions — everything is free. Banglalink covers all costs. We invest in talent; we don't charge for it.
